Our Wellness Plan is available to our patients that do not have dental insurance. This plan is essentially a membership discount club with an annual fee.

What is included?

• Two dental cleanings per year
• Exams and radiographs associated with your twice yearly preventive appointments
• Discounts on dental procedures including fillings, crowns and implants
